The following services are being demonstrated during GITEX 2013:
An Integrated Comprehensive Personal Health Records storage portal, Hyjiya allows customers to keep their personal health information, records, appointments and insurance details, along with other vital information, in a safe, secure, always-accessible place. This offers not only continuity of medical history, but hand access to health records during emergencies. Additionally, Hyjiya allows users to keep track of major life health events, with the ability to pass advice on to the next generation – leaving them better informed and more able to manage their health properly. Hyjiya also offers chronic disease management through Foracare sensors, and wellness and activity trackers, such as Fitbit, which have been integrated into Hyjiya’s Personal Health Record (PHR), so that users can view all of their wellness and health data in one place.
Mobile Doctors Virtual Clinic
Whether customers are at work or at home, the Mobile Doctors Virtual Clinic, from du and Mobile Doctors 24-7, offers convenient guidance and support via managed video. This allows users to address common, non-emergency issues without having to go to the hospital – adding more convenience to day to day life. As part of this, the 24-7 Physician Helpline service is accessible round the clock from any landline or mobile phone, as well as through tablets and personal computers. It can be connected to via corporate video conferencing equipment, to deliver health education workshops with live audience interaction. Through video conferencing provided by Polycom and Global Med, customers can access specialists and physicians in real-time to discuss and receive advice concerning their health-related issues.
End to End Health Clinic and Practice Management – IaaS and SaaS
In partnership with Tendercare and Encloud, du has developed a private and public cloud offering called the Virtual Data Centre, which provides a broad range of Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas) and Software as a Service (SaaS), that can be delivered and managed from du’s datacentres, and across the telecom’s network. This system provides rich clinical end-to-end functionality for our healthcare customers including electronic medical records, billing and electronic health insurance claims processing. By taking a modular service approach driven by innovation and reliability, du ensures that all business requirements – from the most basic to the most demanding – are met.
