Dubai Festival City Mall launches phase two of its strategic retail expansion project which will feature more space to house new fashion, lifestyle and unique dining choices overlooking the iconic Dubai Creek.
The project will deliver an enlarged Festival Square connecting with the unique waterfront dining locations creating a stunning environment for guests to meet, shop and dine overlooking the back drop of Dubai’s skyline and Dubai Creek.
Familiar household names, coupled with unique concepts will add to the exciting surroundings ensuring residents, families and tourists alike benefit from the distinctive location of Dubai Festival City Mall.

As part of this strategic expansion, Dubai Festival City Mall has recently welcomed another iconic global brand, H&M, which will significantly enhance its fashion retail mix. The 18,500 sq.ft. H&M store is located on the ground level of the shopping centre’s North Crescent Walk and is a significant addition to the mall’s retail mix following the opening in June 2014 of Centrepoint, Emax and Max.
