Seminars and workshops on various topics will be held in the sidelines of the exhibition that continues up to Tuesday.
“Exhibition and seminars aim at imparting awareness to protect environment and educating on Green Building concepts,” said Khaled Mohammed Saleh, Director, Building Department at Dubai Municipality.
“Those who are preparing to build their home will find the whole event as a guide for construction based on green vision,” he continued.
“We hope viewers will have a chance to acquaint with green versions of all jobs included in a building construction like fixing consultant, appointing contractor, planning, designing, buying materials and electrification, through various sessions of the event,” he said further.
Programs will start at 9 in the morning and continue up to 9 in the evening.
Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Sheikh Zayed Housing Program and many other government and private bodies concerned with building sector will take part in the events.
Special training sessions are scheduled for school students.
