Completion for the construction of the Tower is set for 24 months.

Properties will go on sale on Sunday, November 28th. Prices will start at AED 650 per square foot for 2 bedroom apartments. Also available are 3 bedroom apartments and 5 bedroom penthouses. Each apartment will be allotted a minimum of two parking spaces, a unique feature in Dubai.
