Muradov began his study of the culinary arts at the age of 19 in his native city of Turkmenistan. Following this he moved to Italy, where, over the course of one-and-a-half years, his perspective on cooking technique underwent a fundamental shift.
When he returned home Muradov joined the Sheraton Grande Turkmen Hotel Turkmenistan as Executive Sous Chef.
From here he moved to the UAE to join the Le Meridian Abu Dhabi as Italian Chef where he was able to put into practice all that he learned during his training in Italy. Muradov’s philosophy in the kitchen is simple: ingredients should be fresh and high-quality.
“Food should be light, not rich, but filling. What’s most important is to create a pleasant atmosphere and to impart a taste of Italian culture with every dish” said Muradov.
