InterContinental Aqaba Resort has appointed Tamer Abu Jerise as the new Food & Beverage Manager at the resort. Abu Jerise will be in charge of all activities and operations related to food & beverage in the resort.
Tamer Abu Jerise, a Jordanian national, boasts over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in the Food & Beverage department in several hotels in both Jordan and the UK. Abu Jerise learned and developed many skills, and was in charge of many tasks and responsibilities including monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the F&B industry, assuring the achievement of optimum food & beverage cost percentage and service per employee, auditing food & beverage services and quality on a regular basis, among many others.
Abu Jerise is excited about his new role at InterContinental Aqaba Resort, and is looking forward to working hand in hand with the resort’s colleagues to deliver the best in the resort’s outlets and events.
