Simon Stamper, Regional General Manager InterContinental Hotels Group, Egypt and Lebanon announced the appointment of Trevor Stevens as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverages for InterContinental Citystars Hotels.
Trevor has a wide experience and a long history of success in the Food and Beverage for over 20 years, he also has a vast experience in hotel industry; he climbed the culinary ladder from sous chef, to executive chef and then food and beverage director, the trail led initially to the Dominican Republic and California, then Singapore, Myanmar, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In his new capacity, Trevor will be responsible of the Food & Beverage Department for InterContinental Citystars Hotels. He will oversee all food & beverage operations in InterContinental, Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites Cairo Citystars. He is aiming to lead in all food and beverage aspects of the hotels’ operations.
