Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed has a new chef for its Moroccan Restaurant and Lounge.
Chef Youssef Mabchour – Moroccan-born master of Mediterranean cuisine – has previously worked at fine-dining restaurants in Morocco, most recently at the Diamant Vert.
Born and raised in Fez, Morocco, Chef Youssef discovered his love for cooking as a young boy in his mother’s kitchen. After receiving a diploma from culinary school in 2010, he continued to develop his skills in various restaurants in Morocco.
Chef Youssef Mabchour initially served as Pizza Chef at Odyssey Restaurant. Subsequently, he was responsible for overseeing the everyday buffet operations at Diamant Vert, Morocco’s famous bungalows & camping site.
Fluent in three languages, Chef Youssef Mabchour’s expertise and skills promise to bring a new dimension to the Moroccan cuisine at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road.
Chef Youssef brings his philosophy, of having a keen eye for detail and handling things with care, into practice at the Moroccan Restaurant.
