Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1.To handle customer enquiries ( from assigned markets) and develop new sales lead 2.Demand Forecasting /project channel development /product proposals 3.Product presentation to customers /Engineers & consultants 4.Market analysis, demand analysis & forecasting 5.Business planning 6.Promotion and Market planning
Key Performance Indicators: 1.Amount of order from specified market 2.Number of dealers increased from period to period 3.Number of project products specified 4.Number of consultants /contracts visited and product specified
Major Tasks: 1.Responsible for sales & marketing of ECM core products across the East Africa market with the distributor sales team to achieve KPI set by Division and market head 2.Constantly Monitor and update competitor situation /keep updates for products & trend - Kenya/ Tanzania /Uganda 3.Coordinate with other stake holders (Finance/HR/GA etc) within the company for ESD - ECM related task
Knowledge Skills & Experience Required: 1.Product knowledge in Electrical Construction materials 2.General understanding of ECM/FAN business 3.Forecasting & planning skills
