Iraqi Airways has said it continues to operate scheduled flights across the country, despite the spread of violence by the Al Qaeda offshoot, ISIS, in most northern and western cities, Arabian Aerospace has reported. “We haven’t experienced any difficulties because of ISIS. All the aircraft are ok,” a UK-based spokesperson for the carrier told the magazine. “A lot of the problems are in areas that Iraqi Airways really didn’t operate in.”
