- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines. - Overseeing stock levels. - Ordering supplies. - Handling customer inquiries and complaints. - Taking reservations. - Greeting and advising customers. - Problem solving. - Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports - Keeping statistical and financial records. - Setting targets. - Handling administration and paperwork. - Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. - Prepare FOH schedule on a weekly basis. - Assure that opening, shift change and closing checklists are completed. - Assign server stations, hold pre-shift server meetings. - Be prepared to back up all positions during peak times. - Maintain communication with all FOH staff.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Provide IT technical support to all internal Qatar Cool users on problems related to hardware and software. * Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, printers, fax machines, and other related equipment, devices, and systems for Qatar Cool. * Ensure all departmental technology requirements, critical complaints and infrastructure needs are met on time and are prioritized appropriately * Interact with end users to understand their requirements and takes necessary steps to assist them in addressing those requirements within the acceptable established IT policies & procedures * Carry out the hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a wide range of computers/laptops and peripherals. * Assist the transition from old to new systems through appropriate training and hand holding support to all con * Perform first level troubleshooting and analysis when communication links go down. * Support the networking requirements as per Qatar Cool’s standards. * Ensure that all IT equipment complies with industry standards. * Provide day to day support on computer systems (backup, Antivirus, Active Directory, File server, VPN client, etc.) * Perform regular inventory and documentation work that is related to the IT infrastructure of the company.
