Governor Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Sabah applauded Kuwait Finance House KFH’s role in economic development through its various contributions in the banking sector, and other commercial and financial businesses.
He highlighted, during receiving KFH’s First Area Manager Bassam Al-Mulla, Hawali Branch Manager Abdulrahman Alzeir, and the PR team at his office, KFH’s visit, and stressed that it underscores the strong relationships between the private and public sectors.
During the visit, the governor stated that KFH plays a significant role in the local, regional, and global arenas through its extensive global network; thus cementing international and economic relationships amongst countries.
He added that KFH also assumes a significant social responsibility role, since various institutions in Kuwait seek to serve the country.
The governor expressed his pride, since KFH is the first Islamic financial institution that focused on leading the Islamic banking field worldwide. He called for the continuation of such efforts, in order to serve the national economy, which will eventually lead to economic prosperity.
Meanwhile, Al-Mulla said that KFH is keen to reinforce communication with the governmental sector, since KFH’s strategy and goals coincide with the government’s strategy concerning the boosting of the economy, and achieving comprehensive development. He explained that KFH seeks to increase its number of branches, in order broaden the scope of banking services with better services.
