In continuation of its free training programs geared toward SMEs, Jordan Ahli Bank’s Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Academy Unit recently held a new training workshop on essential human resources planning.
The workshop program was designed to reinforce the knowledge and skills of its participants, who comprised of Jordan Ahli Bank’s clients and SME owners facing challenges in developing their projects due to difficulties in the arena of HR management.
The program contained crash courses on effective HR planning disciplines for all operational levels, including upper management.
The topics covered communicated knowledge that is necessary for enterprises to align their HR operations with their long-term strategies and objectives, while cultivating harmonious work environments where team members are encouraged to harness and develop their skills and competencies.
The workshop program covered several essential clusters, including the role of HR planning in building competitive advantage, the process of HR planning, and HR planning for key management positions.
