KFH reinforces e-services to better serve clients

Executive Manager, Alternative Channels at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Meshal Al-Obaid stated that 2014 witnesses several achievements and enhancement in KFH’s alternative channels.

He added that KFH reinforces its e-services to better serve clients, where communication with clients round the clock has become easier thanks to activating various alternative channels; such as the call center 1803333, KFH website (kfh.com), social media, SMS, in addition to ATMs that are spread all over Kuwait.

AL-Obaid went on to say that KFH keeps pace with the latest technologies in order to reinforce service quality and retain the customer touch, while catering for their banking requirements through the alternative channels.

He explained that KFH’s e-service through KFH Online has become more significant for clients as it provides several banking, commercial, financing, investment and real estate services. He said that KFH has lately added some features like directly activating the payee KFH which contributed to conduct banking transfers round the clock in a record time. He revealed that KFH has updated KFH Online application for smartphones IOS and android with number of new services that would further improve online bank experience.

Moreover, he stressed the importance of KFH SMS service as it follows up clients’ accounts transactions, noting that KFH has added new notifications for this service regarding credit cards like( accepted, rejected, balance not enough, card not activated, or transaction is rejected for security reasons)
He shared that KFH has installed a new ATM at the Kuwait Disabled Sport Club in an effort to cover all pivotal locations in Kuwait, and address client’s aspirations. Moreover, KFH has enhanced the presence of MobiBaitak according to a flexible schedule of their spread to cover fairs, events and vital areas across Kuwait. He went on to say that KFH has completed the construction of a call center with qualified staff dedicated to serve ladies. He added that the call center offers various services; such as opening investment deposits, issuing banking cards, standing orders, third-party transfer, in addition to the availability of a new team for answering Al-Tamayyouz clients’ calls.

He revealed that KFH will soon announce the launch a first-of-Its-Kind spectrum of e-services in Kuwait.

Al-Obaid said that in terms of AloBaitak service, KFH has added services like; activating banking cards, sending IBAN number via SMS, SMS subscription, in addition to offering auto answer lists to facilitate procedures and save clients’ efforts.
