‘Mashreq Flavours’ goes international and signs strategic partnership with Time Out Dubai

Building on the success of the UAE’s best dining program, Mashreq Flavours has got bigger and better. Mashreq cardholders can enjoy attractive discounts of up to thirty percent at more than 1,600 restaurants across the UAE. The dining program has also expanded to international locations with attractive discounts at more than 1,200 restaurants across Asian and Gulf locations including India, Qatar and Oman. The new announcement demonstrates the bank’s customer-centric approach to driving value and convenience for both its cardholder and merchant partners alike.

Focusing on delivering superior cardholder dining experience, Mashreq has signed a strategic partnership with Time Out Dubai, the world’s leading and most trusted brand when it comes to publishing independent opinions and reviews on the city’s culinary landscape. Time Out Dubai will feature a dedicated tab within its restaurant section www.timeoutdubai.com/restaurants and www.timeoutabudhabi.com/restaurants where visitors can have access to restaurant offers, reviews and articles.

Earlier this year, Mashreq revamped the Flavours mobile application which presents users with an entirely new design and user experience by conducting a comprehensive study to analyze and assess how the original version was being used and as a result, the all new and improved ‘Mashreq Flavors’ was created.

The features that differentiate this application from others include a simple to use interface that highlights the information most important to the user, easy accessibility, user friendly onscreen instructions for easy navigation across the application, a ‘nearby offers’ feature which lists all the offers available in a three to four kilometer radius from the user’s location, and other features such as the option to search by one distinctive word or cuisine. The application also has a unique Savings feature that allows cardholders to keep track of the billed amounts and cumulative savings they enjoy through this dining program.

The Mashreq Flavours mobile application can be downloaded from the Apple App store and Android Play store. To promote the newly revamped Flavours package, 60 lucky winners every month will have the opportunity to dine for free.

Time Out Dubai, launched in 2001 and reviews the city’s best restaurants and attractions on a weekly basis. The strategic partnership will give Mashreq customers access to a wealth of features, reviews and user generated content about the best places to eat out and take advantage of the host of benefits offered by the application.
