MasterCard is set to introduce a more secure and easier online payment option in the UAE that will relieve to users from having to enter the card details each time they make a purchase from a web retailer, Gulf News has reported. The company’s new digital payment platform, called “MasterPass,” will be rolled out on mobile devices in the UAE this year, after it was launched in the US, Australia, Canada and the UK. “[The] UAE has an excellent opportunity to go beyond plastic.
