The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange General Index (ADXGI) slipped 0.26 per cent to 4,888.28 points on Monday, March 31. Leasing and financing specialist Waha Capital gained 1.90 per cent to reach AED2.71. Earlier in the day, Waha (which is Arabic for ‘Oasis’) revealed that it has completed the refinancing of its credit facilities with 13 regional and international banks. The new and upsized financing is a five-year $750-million facility, comprising a term loan for $375m and a revolving loan for the same amount. This replaces the previous $505-million facility secured in 2011.
