Bonne Maniere, 10 years of excellence in Qatar

Established in 2003, Bonne Maniere introduced two renowned franchises; Lenôtre Paris and Patchi, launched two popular restaurants; Dunia and Roger Diners and established IMC, one of Qatar’s leading catering companies, reaffirming their commitment to bringing unique and upscale high quality service and product to Qatar.

Bonne Maniere launched the first Qatari branch of the much anticipated and renowned chocolatier, Patchi, in 2004. Recently, Patchi, the world’s leading brand for chocolate and chocolate gifts, launched a new brand identity that reaffirms its commitment to the values that made it a primary choice for premium chocolate. The new brand identity reflects a creative, modern and trendy style that echoes the distinctive and fine quality Patchi has made available through stylish boutiques network in Qatar.

Later in 2004, Lenôtre Paris Doha was introduced to the Qatar market. It provides contemporary food in a modern atmosphere with different varieties of pastries and imported products such as candies, chocolates and chinaware.

With six branches of the much loved chocolate sensation Patchi and two prime Lenôtre locations, Bonne Maniere decided to venture into new territory by opening their own brand of restaurants. Building on their years of experience and successful outlets they launched Dunia Restaurant, a fusion of Iranian and Oriental cuisine and Roger’s Diner, with its retro décor and genuine American food.

IMC, affiliated with Lenôtre France, has set the benchmark for catering in Doha. Since launching in 2006, IMC has provided catering to mega events such as the West Asian Games as well as exclusive events for embassies, corporates and private clients. With a fully equipped 1000 sqm central kitchen, IMC is one of Qatar’s most reliable caterers, with quality, service and customer satisfaction guaranteed.
