- Controlling the products quality of FDC’ Factory specialized in Interior Design. - Assisting the Production and Design Departments through the preparation of customized QA/QC documentation required for technical proposals during the bidding stage. - Preparing QA/QC documents for awarded projects and developing Quality Assurance Procedures and Quality Control Plans required for the projects. - Compiling QA/QC project documentation upon completion of the project. This documentation is then prepared in the form of a Final QA/QC dossier, which is then submitted to the Client for approval/acceptance. - Implementing a document control system - Planning, procuring, allocating and maintaining inspection equipment required. - Establishing a comprehensive document library/archive including all Codes, Standards, Case histories and previous project QA/QC dossiers for future reference. - Adhering to Company’s policies, procedures, Government laws, Rules & Regulations and work requirements.

o Develop, design and modifies modules based on functional and system requirements. o Work closely with the Team Leader with minimum supervision, Business Analyst and Product Owner for understanding the Functional and system requirements. o Work closely with the QA team, to ensure quality and punctual software development within his responsibilities o Participate in testing process through unit testing and bug fixes. o Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools. o Recommends system solutions and tools. o Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching
• Assisting in interviewing and selecting employees. • Assisting in preparing contracts and sending offer packages. • Facilitating employee disputes, especially among the Factory’s Workers. • Conducting investigations when employees’ complaints, concerns or grievances are brought forth. • Administering disciplinary and dismissal procedures. • Formulating policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department and recommend policies and practices to senior management. • Planning, developing and managing human resources programs, policies and practices in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance, evaluation and employee relations. • Updating job descriptions regularly to reflect any significant changes in job responsibilities; developing new job descriptions in coordination with the concerned department in the event of creation of new positions. • Maintaining records relating to staff. • Obtaining and processing training requirements from all departments and ensuring that effective training and development programs are delivered to employees. • Preparing training calendars and programs for employees by keeping track of local and international training institutes/courses. • Assisting in performance appraisals, promotions and other personnel related activities. • Reviewing, guiding and approving management recommendations for employment terminations. • Leading Company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements. Maintaining minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
