Recruiting and training permanent and casual staff
Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team
Planning menus in coordination with chefs
Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed
Budgeting and establishing financial targets and forecasts and approving them with managers
Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided
Keeping the payroll and monitoring spending levels.
Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required, to ensure no stock outs

We are looking for Statutory to Tax, R2R and FPNA (Financial Planning Analysis) experienced women candidates, who are willing to work with our organization.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Bachelor's in commerce, Bachelors in Financial Management + Inter CA or ICWA or ACS would be an added advantage.

As part of our efforts to increase our footprint across geographies and continue to provide world class solutions to our clients, we are looking for the following:
Statutory to Tax:
-5+ years of experience with S2G, Statutory/Tax filings preferably at Big 4 or with any BPO organization.
-Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS
-Perform G2S reconciliation for all business management entities under the local branches in STIR (Stat Tax Information Reporting tool) .
-Provide supplementary information and perform main controllership checks through the schedules identified in STIR
-Attend operational calls and meetings and summarize key achievement, next steps to all stakeholders
-Report out the S2G to the Stat Controllership, Business Tax Controllers and Business Controllers
-Compile, review and validate the BLP (Baseline pack documents provided by different businesses operating under the branch to support the Stat Financial Statements and Tax filing under local jurisdiction), escalate and open query in GRT (Global Repository Tool) if documents are not compliant with the local regulation or if any supporting documents are missing for local Stat/tax filing, audits performed by external auditors (Big 4) and local tax audits performed by the local authorities.
-Prepare the Stat F/S (Financial Statements) by management entity and perform consolidation (including intra-branch eliminations)
-Active player with the post-filing activities
-Audits & reviews Asia & Global account recs according to 8 Corporate Criteria .
-Works with business to close-out open items and defects.
-Works closely with the business to achieve effective upstream process.
-Prepares monthly quality audit metrics.
-Works closely with Quality Audit Manager in driving controllership initiatives.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
>With at least 3-year working experience from Big 4 Auditing Firm or Multinational Corp
> Strong background on internal control audit.
> Highly knowledgeable on GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Auditing practices and principles
> Knowledgeable on accounting system/s.
FPNA (Financial Planning Analysis)
Accountants with minimum 3+ years of work experience in the relevant field (Finance, Investment, Stock exchange, Banking, Internal Audit, accounting) for its “Business Process Services” operations with knowledge in financial planning and analysis.
To retrieve information automatically or manually with the objective of providing information to the client's end customers within the limits of SLAs, organisation and client guidelines
Good knowledge on Finance and Accounting - specific to finacial planning and analysic (FP&A)
