- Receive request for registration of new products from the Principal along with samples and related documents including: formula card, certificate of analysis, certificate of free sale and stability study. - Submit request for registration for cosmetics and controlled Products at the Jordan Food and Drug Adminstration ( JFDA). - Follow up with JFDA on the registration status and complete product registration. - Submit issued registration certificates to Finance Director to ensure safe and secure keeping. - Maintain copies of registration certificates along with all other related documents in organized files. - Participate in setting/ reviewing/ amending Jordanian national standards by attending the technical committees meetings for cosmetics, detergents and paper products in close coordination with the Principal. - Make sure that all products comply with the jordanian standards in terms of Ingredients, formulas, artworks, labeling, claims and all requirments for new products or changes on current products and advise the Pricipal accordingly. - keep update with any govermental or official rules and regulations and report that to the Principal. - Keep all Jordanian standards with the latest versions and update them regularly for the company and the Principal use.
Females are encuoraged to apply to our job ad. - Prepare daily route and set daily objectives as per the Customers’ selling Opportunities. - Ensure the readiness of Sales equipment and devices before visiting the market, this includes: Handheld battery, uploading bonus reports, collection reports and collection vouchers. - Ensure the availability of light marketing and promotional materials prior visiting the market, including but not limited to ( Posters, Shelve Talkers, Danglers, etc.) and distribute such on Customers as per the Month’s priorities, and locate such in the designated locations - Visit Customers as per the assigned route; scan the Customer’s barcode using the handheld upon arrival and leaving as a proof of visiting the Customer. - Take Customers’ orders, record such, and issue purchase orders based on Customers’ classifications, and upload orders on the company’s ERP upon arrival to the Company’s premises - Follow-up with the Merchandizing supervisor on issues related to shelves shortages, organization, pricing, and promotions, and the availability of Merchandisers upon delivering orders. - Attain Customers’ approvals on monthly promotions through submitting barcodes, samples and prices, and check the sales of promotions in next visits. - Sign monthly investment contracts with Customers to cover monthly priorities and promotions, submit such to direct supervisor to follow up on the implementation in coordination with the Merchandizing supervisor.

The successful applicant would be primarily responsible to build exceptional quality enhancement plans that will drive and improvise standard of cash service delivery, safety improvisation, client retention and compliance with international quality standards on all the services. Role Responsibilities
• Devise and implement high quality Cash Service improvement plans to promote the reputation of G4S Cash Services and to support the business operational efforts for key sectors across Kingdome. • Assess the quality of services at the cash centres, during ATM replenishment and CIT operations to develop a minimum standard - compliance evaluation process & documentation and submit day today performance matrix at the end of each month. • To understand the current views and perceptions of both internal and external key stakeholders and to develop Quality enhancement strategies to positively influence their opinions and behaviours in line with the growth objectives of G4S Cash Services. • Identify opportunities and policies to promote the G4S Cash business in a customer centred manner to maintain and streamline the current service delivery to more quality focused solutions. • Analyse, define and revise the current customer satisfaction research programs and reinvent the programs into more effective and customer oriented process.
