Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Manage each and every logistical activities - Develop contractual agreements with FF to get the best rates possible. - Handle Import and export Documentation - Coordinate with Supplier(s)/Vendor(s) to receive Incoming Materials and/or Sample(s) Orders on time. - Negotiate freight rates and gets best available freight for any given order - Establish/ develop required forms for process monitoring. - Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly/quarterly logistics report. - Provide areas of improvements with a financial impact to the management on regularbasis. Team Duties: - Coordinate with shipping companies/couriers to dispatch outgoing Materials - Prepare and Handle Material Dispatching/Receiving documents. - Prepare and Handle Dispatching/Receiving Check List. - Prepare and Follow up on all Customs Documentations for both incoming and outgoingorders. - Prepare, Maintain and Submit Weekly Received Shipments Status - Prepare, Maintain and Submit Weekly Expected Shipments Status - Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. - Coordinate with Inventory Controller to hand over Incoming Receiving Documents
The technology department is undergoing major business change, which has at its heart a technology and digital transformation of the services it provides, which will radically improve how it interacts with customers. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the CIO of the Technology function. You will hold full responsibility for guiding the IT Leadership team through key strategy discussions around industry best practices, value proposition and aligning the company’s technology roadmap with evolving business needs as well as ensuring effective IT governance across the company.
Work of the business development officer is primarily focused on Researching, and contacting prospect customers through telephone calls to develop the business of Gael. The initial role of business development has the possibility to develop into a sales manager role in 2015, should that be a development route you are qualified to take.
The Business Development Officer will perform the following tasks:
• Support Gael business strategy through market data research and cold calling. • Achieve defined business targets and key performance indicators • Carrying out sales lead generation campaigns (both telephone and email) • Update Gael’s Customer Relationship Management system with business development activities and customer communications • Respond to follow up requests. • Manage some existing accounts • Conduct Quarterly Customer calls and site visits • Understand potential clients’ requirements and align them to company’s products • Set up trials on products • Follow up on trials, payment and subscription renewals • Up-sell products to existing customers • Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management • Document all communications • Update team on accounts and action status in daily/weekly meetings • Administrative work maybe required
