In his new role, Ippocratis succeeds Irfan Malik who relocated to Saint Paul as the new Finance Vice-President, 3M International and Staff Operations, effective July 3rd.

The new appointments are in line with 3M’s strategy of developing world-class leadership and expanding operations and business presence across various international markets and geographies. I am sure that his strengths will serve well for 3M’s operations in the MEA region and will lead the company towards further growth in this highly promising region.”

Ippocratis, who served as Finance Vice-President for Asia Pacific at 3M, will build on his leadership experience and capabilities to bring further growth to 3M’s businesses across the MEA region through strong focus on market penetration and geographical expansion. He will succeed Irfan Malik, who served as Vice-President for the MEA region for the past four years, and will be located in Dubai.

“I would also like to thank Irfan for his exemplary leadership of the MEA region for the past four years,” said H.C. Shin.

“During his term, he achieved tremendous results and navigated 3M successfully in the region. His strong background across many different businesses, geographies and functions within 3M, provides him a great foundation with which to lead 3M International and Staff Operations. I would like to welcome Irfan back to the finance team and to Saint Paul.”
