The rigorous yet enjoyable training sessions take place every two months to ensure all staff are up to date and continue to follow the all important and secret methods of drink making, develop customer service skills by encouraging a fun and friendly atmosphere in every outlet and increase product knowledge.

“The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf takes training very seriously with the objective to create an enthusiasm, knowledge and confidence amongst our staff about our brand which in turn will be passed on to our loyal customers.
