Leadership development is a journey; it cannot be achieved through a one-off training programme. The programme consisted of a series of modules spread over an 18-months period ensuring the training was absorbed and could be practiced back in the workplace.
A combination of learning techniques were used to ensure continuous development and that the learning accountability sits with the participant.
The ADF programme included organisation-specific learning objectives, achieved through training room work, exercises, assignments and coaching.
