The summit featured a number of experts, government officials, developers, architects and urban planners and was aimed at discussing affordable housing solutions and implementing middle-income residential projects in the Sultanate of Oman.
Alargan Towell, a pioneer in affordable housing in the Sultanate, participated in the event by showcasing its latest project, launched in January of this year, Beyout AlFaye. The project is comprised of 126 villas in addition to a commercial and retail component located in Al Khoudh, and targeted towards middle-income Omani families. The first phase of Beyout AlFaye is expected to be completed in Q3 2011, where families can purchase the villas and move in as soon as this August 2011.
