Arabian Courtyard gets rewarded for excellence

United Arab Emirates: Monday, May 08 - 2006 @ 12:38

The awards were organised by CHA International and audited by Price WaterHouse Coopers in a voting process conducted for the end users over a 3 month period.

Arabian Courtyard Bur Dubai has been recognized for its excellence in product and services by its guests in a very short span of time since opening in 2005. The awards were open to all new hotels in the MENA region and coming out ahead in spite of intense competition from international, regional and local brands is no easy feat in itself.

Says Habib Khan, General Manager of the hotel,

“We are proud to receive this award as recognition of the hard work put in by all of our associates. This is a testimony of our superior product, services and will boost our efforts in introducing innovative services in the future as well. We have already taken the lead by introducing a full fledged SPA, a concept not commonly seen in 4 star deluxe hotels in Dubai.”

The award winning Arabian Courtyard Bur Dubai is located in the heritage area of Dubai and is walking distance to Dubai Museum, Bastakiya Heritage area, Dubai Creek and the Bank Street. With 173 traditionally furnished rooms including 23 lavish suites and 41 executive rooms as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options, the hotel has already become a favorite of travelers as well as Dubai residents. The latest technology has been employed for customer care while keeping the flavor of Arabia in all aspects of the hotels design.
