Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, Bahrain was pleased to receive the Industry Recognition Award at the 3rd Annual Customer Experience Management for Telecoms: Middle East Summit, at Dubai on the 31st of March. Being the first ever regulator to participate in such an event, TRA Bahrain was recognized for its initiatives and achievements towards the consumer in the telecoms sector. Telecommunications companies attending the event from around the world have lauded TRA Bahrain for their extraordinary efforts.
The CEM in Telecoms: Middle East Summit has grown to become an important community event of the year that aims to equip delegates with the practical tools and first-hand experience needed to take CEM strategies to the next level. A first-class speaker panel of CEOs, VPs and Directors selected from operators leading the way in customer experience provided a source of inspiration to drive step changes in CEM improvement.
One of the key highlights of the CEM in Telecoms Middle East Summit was the CEM in Telecoms Awards. This prestigious awards event was organized in an effort to recognize the achievements and innovation shown by customer experience and marketing professionals who are making the biggest difference to the customers that they serve.
