Continuing its commitment to exceptional customer service, health and safety and the environment, INAYA Facilities Management Services, a member of the Belhasa Group, recently announced its accreditation in ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 as issued by TÜV Middle East.
The ISO 14001 accreditation reinforces INAYA’s commitment to sound environmental practices, integrating environmental aspects into its management system and enabling the company to monitor and control the environmental impact of its day-to-day operations.
In obtaining the OHSAS 18001, INAYA makes a similar commitment to the health and safety of its staff and communities within its stewardship.
“INAYA was founded on the simple principle of ‘Care’, as this is the Arabic meaning of our name. At INAYA we care for the buildings entrusted to us, we care for the communities that work and reside within these built environments and we care for the environment as a whole. In obtaining accreditation in ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, we further demonstrate our commitment to this founding principle,” said Nishant Ravindran, General Manager of INAYA.
Dr. Ahmed Saif Belhasa, Chairman of the Belhasa Group of Companies, added, “We are very proud of these ISO and OHSAS certifications. INAYA have believed since its inception that care for the environment and its staff, clients and the public who traverse the properties entrusted to them is paramount. These accreditations demonstrate impressive teamwork and a commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental working practices.”
