“We currently have 25 Boeing 777s in our fleet and its payload and range capability, reliability and economics have made this aircraft the backbone of our long-haul fleet.” he added.

In November 2007, Qatar Airways took delivery of the first of a 32 Boeing 777 order. Exercise of options subsequently increased the order to 40 aircraft of which 15 are pending delivery.
The Boeing 777 family is a complete family of jetliners that is preferred by passengers and airlines around the world. The market-leading 777 family has the ability to fly point-to-point nonstop to bypass crowded and busy hub airports.
This order was previously accounted for on Boeing’s Orders and Deliveries website as unidentified in 2011.
