The Service Centre is fully equipped with state of art equipments and will be serviced by well experienced technical engineers on Lenovo products to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
The service centre is stocked with spare parts which will help in reducing the turn-around time for repairs.
On the occasion of the launch, Rama Subramaniam, Manager-Operations, FDC International, said:
“We are extremely happy to partner with Lenovo to extend our services in Iraq. Our main focus is to improve customer satisfaction by improving after- sales support and service. Apart from Lenovo, the service centre will also support other products portfolio of FDC like Western Digital, Seagate, Elite, Shuttle and so on.”
FDC International is already running several successful Service Centers and RMA Collections Centers in UAE, Egypt, KSA, Lebanon, Jordan & Kuwait. It hopes to replicate the same service satisfaction experience to the customers of Lenovo in Iraq.
