Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the region’s leading theme park, is highlighting its position as a unique attraction in the UAE at the Arabian Travel Market 2014, the region’s top international travel and tourism event.
Results disclosed from the Park’s guest satisfaction surveys show that visitor satisfaction is at an all-time high achieving an average score of 9 on a scale from 1 to 10, with guests describing their experience as ‘excellent’, ‘thrilling’ and ‘an outstanding family day out’.
Victoria Lynn, Park Manager, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, commented, “Guest satisfaction lies at the heart of our operation. We continuously look for innovative ways to improve the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi guest experience. To receive an average score of 9 from our guests is testimony that the Park truly is an attraction of choice in the region.”
With a winning mix of high thrill rides, family-friendly attractions, spectacular live shows, kids’ entertainment and uniquely themed shopping and dining experiences all under one roof, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi continues to lead the way as the world’s first Ferrari-branded theme park and the largest indoor attraction of its kind.
The survey is a key tool in the Park’s determination to realize its strategic objective of providing a world-class visitor experience by targeting a “Very High Satisfaction” rating from every Ferrari World Abu Dhabi guest.
Surveys are continuously conducted within the Park to help determine the potential for future development to keep Ferrari World Abu Dhabi on top of its game.
Lynn continues, “In order to constantly develop our winning proposition, it is vital we gain insights into what drives the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi guest. Is it the thrills and excitement of Formula Rossa or the sophisticated high-tech fantasy of the 4D Speed of Magic? Combining this knowledge with data from where our visitors originate allows us to tailor attractions and events to appeal specifically to guests from around the world.”
Topline demographic results showed Ferrari World Abu Dhabi’s strategy paying off; the Park proved equally popular with GCC visitors (44%) and international tourists (56%).
