Behind every successful service sector business is an army of dedicated and energetic employees, working diligently to deliver a near-flawless customer experience. Acknowledging the efforts of the staff of three of its restaurants, Four Seasons Tourism LLC organised a May Day celebration to thank new and old employees working for Mamasan, Trattoria and O Sole Mio.
The event, held at the Trattoria outlet in Al Ghubra, recognised the contributions and diligence of the employees, particularly the long-serving ones. While the staff members were served lunch and presented gifts in the presence of key members of the group’s management, it also provided them with an opportunity to meet and interact with each other.
As the Sultanate’s premier hospitality company, Four Seasons has a well-defined service culture that asserts that people are the organisation’s greatest asset and the key to its success. To harness the potential of its human capital, the group will regularly be organising training sessions for the staff. It also hopes to formally recognise employee contributions at events like these, to thank its staffers and honour those who exemplify the company’s values and culture.
While Mamasan and Trattoria recently announced its official opening, O Sole Mio has been serving Italian fine dining since 1995 and has lately been re-located to Radisson Blu Muscat. All three outlets are owned and operated by Four Seasons, currently having a combined workforce of 45 staff, including two long serving Omani staff.
