The intellectual, scientific, and social development of a community is reflected in its culture and measured by the cultural involvement of its people and leadership. It is for this reason that culture remains one of the pillars of development and growth in the vision of HH Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, whose enlightened leadership and focus on human development continues to push forward the nation’s progress through his support of local, Arab and international cultural projects.”
