Commissioned by ictQATAR, the Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology of the State of Qatar, the new portal marks a milestone in the Qatar Government’s commitment to delivering world class government services to the people who visit, live, and work in Qatar.
The new portal, Hukoomi, signifies a more open and transparent government that listens and responds to the needs of individuals and businesses.
It is designed to reflect Qatar’s unique culture, traditions and history, and delivers the promise of bringing the government closer to the people it serves.
Currently, the portal links and hosts 48 government entities, providing the necessary information and online services.
Business users are now empowered with a seamless and convenient means to transact online and make e-payments without having the need to visit numerous government entities, saving citizens and businesses time and effort.
