Every year, the Project Qatar audience becomes more diverse with practitioners from all construction disciplines coming from all over the world. The Qatar construction market is at the heart of the global construction industry with more than $200bn in the pipeline for infrastructure ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. As a natural gateway to the GCC countries, this presents significant opportunity for the local, regional and international markets to conduct business across a variety of sectors. Following a successful decade in Qatar, Project Qatar 2014 witnessed unparalleled global interest and support for its 11th edition, being fully booked in less than 3 months after the launching date of the sales effort with a large number of new global exhibitors and countries taking part, and we extend a very warm welcome to our newcomers this year – Indonesia, Palestine and Romania. We are excited to open our doors tomorrow at the QNCC, a new venue for Project Qatar 2014.”
