The new system will allow the management and staff of Oman LNG a clearer flow of information in all matters related to human resources. The new system will replace the existing PS 2000 System and will act as a one source of all employee data. In addition, it interfaces with other systems used by Oman LNG.
The project will be completed by June 2003. Dr. Agnus Cassens, General Manager and Chief Executive of Oman LNG signed the contract on behalf of Oman LNG and Ashok Sardiwal, CEO of Imtac, signed on behalf of Imtac.
“The Project is of great significance for Oman LNG as it will assist us in enhancing the services provided by our Human Resources department,” commented Dr. Cassens. “The system will further empower Oman LNG staff and will also help define and monitor their career progress and performance on an ongoing basis, particularly our Omani staff”, he added.
Ashok Sardiwal said, “the project is a recognition of Imtac’s superior consultancy and project execution experience. Imtac has made significant long-term investments to address ERP requirements of large and medium size organisations. Our marketing focus in Yemen, UAE and other GCC countries will help us in bringing best practices to our customers”.
