A gala reception was held at the Emirates Towers Hotel on 25th March, where the new look and a new tag line of ‘developing excellence’ was revealed to more than 350 guests from Dubai’s property world.
Indigo Properties Director, Anand Lakhiani, told the gathered audience that collectively he and his three fellow directors, Sunil Khubchandani, Mahesh Tourani, Ramesh Sawlani, had more than a century of business experience in the United Arab Emirates.
“For the last three years we have been transferring that knowledge and experience into the growth of a new property company – Indigo Properties,” he said. “I am delighted to report that, thanks to the support of many of you here tonight, we have been able to quickly build a solid reputation for quality developments, which, we believe, offer a great return on investment.
“For the three years we have been in business we have remained relatively low key and we have let our developments do the talking for us – projects such as Indigo Tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers which will be completed soon and Indigo Icon which is also well on its way to being finished.
“We continue to work with ‘best in breed’ partners at every level of every development. From master developers to consultants, architects and contractors. All of whom offer the highest level of experience and expertise, something that is crucial to the development process. This partnership approach allows Indigo to deliver on its promise of developing excellence,” he added
Lakhiani said the new identity symbolises the elevations and a bird’s eye view of the projects Indigo undertakes and combines a harmonious balance of interior and exterior spaces. It further enforces how- as a partnership of four – the company is moving in a positive and energised direction.
“We are very excited about this new look – which you will increasingly see around Dubai as new developments get underway.”
Indigo currently has a number of projects underway around Dubai in addition to Indigo Tower and Indigo Icon. Lakhiani revealed that Indigo was in the advanced stages of discussion with master developer Istithmar and hopes to soon make an announcement about the company’s most exciting project to date – Orange Lake Villas on Jumeirah Golf Estates. “This is a collection of luxury estates surrounded by world class golf courses overlooking the third and fourth holes at the northern end of the Fire course – designed by Greg Norman,” he said.
In addition, a number of other projects were highlighted including Indigo Metro which will soon be appearing on the main Dubai highway Shaikh Zayed Road; Indigo Village in Jumeirah Village; Indigo Optima which are the only exclusive, fully commercial, freehold property developments as well as Indigo Spectrum which are smart functional residential developments, in the International City Master Community phase 1. Meanwhile, a little further over the horizon are two waterfront developments, right on the beachfront, which are still in the early planning stages and will comprise either hotels or serviced apartments.
“All in all these are exciting times for Indigo Properties and now we have an exciting new look to go with these projects,” he concluded.
