Infoplex’ secure web hosting, storage, physical and virtual server hosting and virtual desktop infrastructure are now available to customers growing their presence in these regions, complementing the company’s existing offerings in Australia and Hong Kong.
Sean Kaye, Managing Director at Infoplex said, “We can now offer a hassle-free solution to companies who want to deploy services in Asia and the Middle East. We have grown with our customers to meet their needs. Up until now, it has been a challenge for Australian-based companies to get services off the ground in these countries, especially in the UAE where data centres are often full and good system integrators are hard to find.”
Infoplex’ expansion means Australian businesses can easily tap into essential services through a single, reliable provider back home. Kaye continued, “Our customers can have mature services up and running in Asia and the UAE within days, whilst still only having the one relationship with us in Australia.”
Customers already using the services include Leighton Group companies: Leighton International Limited in Singapore and Incite in Hong Kong and Dubai.
Incite is an online project collaboration solution for large project teams in the Construction, Mining, Engineering, Oil and Gas and Facilities Management industries.
Claudelle Taylor, Product Manager for Incite said, “Infoplex supports the high levels of service and performance that our customers demand from us. Our customer base in Dubai is progressing at a fast rate and the scalability provided by Infoplex’ services will allow us to continue to grow.”
This expansion strengthens Infoplex’ presence in overseas markets. The company provides customers with a seamless, end-to-end IT solution or a set of tailored services to suit their requirements. The Infoplex group includes Infoplex Managed Services, Infoplex Procurement Services and ThinkSecure Security Consulting.
