The exhibition will be the first real estate event to be organized after the issuance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah’s decree on housing and real estate, which has resulted in a number of developments and changes that are all set to transform the Saudi real estate market, and identify new trends in it.
Al-Kadi said the participation of Injaz in the exhibition this year will be different in terms of value and form from all its previous participations, and will be more effective in terms of the package deals that the company will offer to visitors, both individuals and companies. The company will showcase its real estate projects, particularly Al-Marina project in the Eastern Province, which is expected to offer all the features designed to meet the expectations of the customers.
Al-Kadi noted that Restatex 14 has given an important opportunity to Injaz, where it can present an overview of the developments in Al-Marina project to a number of visitors, adding that the company will review at its stand at the exhibition the main components of this multi-purpose project, which overlooks the Arabian coast with a four kilometer-long waterfront.
The project links the cities of Dammam and Al-Khobar and extends over an area of 3.3 million square meters. Al-Kadi stated that Al-Marina will provide new investment opportunities in terms of terrain and location, adding that it represents a shift in the culture of the real estate market, while taking into consideration the privacy of Saudi society. He also reviewed the major components of the project, which include plots allocated for restaurants, international schools, and shopping centers, in addition to land for entertainment centers, apartments, villas and hotels. He noted that the infrastructure of Al-Marina project is in accordance with the best and most advanced standards and technological capabilities.
“The exhibition comes at a critical time as it meets the demands of those working in the real estate sector in the Kingdom and in the region at large, given the importance of the Saudi real estate market as one of the largest markets in the region and the most attractive one. Saudi Arabia offers great real estate opportunities, which make the exhibition an appropriate platform to identify the future vision of the sector, its programs, offers, investment and financing opportunities, strategies, development plans, regulations and legislations supporting the growth of the Saudi real estate sector,” said Al-Kadi.
He added: “The exhibition is considered as one of the basic indicators of the real estate market in the Kingdom. The participation of Injaz in this event represents a good opportunity to connect with the real estate market and its investors, where all the key players in this industry can exchange ideas and consensus on how to strengthen cooperation and invite joint investments for the benefit of the sector, particularly in view of the current growth of the real estate sector.”
Restatex 14 will be attended by a number of senior officials in the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh, along with a number of heads of leading real estate companies, directors of banks and a selected group of leading investors.
