InnSpire intelligent hotel solutions launch in Middle East during Arabian Travel Market

This young dynamic company has already become the talk of the town after its official announcement during the time of the Arabian Travel Market where the CEO of InnSpire Mr Martin Chevalley has flown in from Sweden to give live hotel demonstrations.

Martin Chevalley, CEO of InnSpire, says, “Officially launching and announcing InnSpire during the Arabian Travel Market was perfect timing for us and for our clients. Many of the hotels from the GCC wanted to meet, and working around the event proved to be a great opportunity where we could all meet in one central point. We wanted to ground ourselves in the Middle East first by rolling out at least a few projects before officially announcing our presence.”

InnSpire Intelligent Hotel Solutions hosted a private soft launch at the Swedish Trade Council earlier, attracting a number of large hospitality businesses. InnSpire is recognized as an Intelligent Hotel Solution and has been designed to dramatically enhance the guests’ experience within the selected business functionality using their television screen and the guests’ own hand held devices, such as smart phones and tablets.

Guests benefit from the latest technology and the best in digital entertainment, social media and technological advancements including the latest web based entertainment, music, fun Android games, and TV or IPTV-channels. For example, guests can be anywhere in the hotel, from their room to the poolside and still use the InnSpire system via their own handheld device. The ‘Any screen’ concept, allows guests to use any device of choice, such as an iPhone, iPad, or Android device or the in-room TV to connect to all hotel facilities. Guests can order their room service, book their laundry, book SPAs, arrange a taxi or pickup or even buy gifts simply with a few clicks. All this is achieved without any downloads or “Apps”.

Research has shown that in-room entertainment is one of the most important factors when guests are selecting their hotel. There has never been a better time to cash in on the latest music or games as a lead for a promotion in a hotel in order to generate public awareness, occupancy and more importantly, increase in-room spend. 62% of business travellers said that the quality of the in-room entertainment influenced their perception and experience of a hotel.

As well as the basic hotel amenities InnSpire has integrated social media to the guest experience. The guest has the ability to link information and images on to their own social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and more. For example, guests can “like” the hotel on a social media application like Facebook and the hotel is automatically visible to the whole network, bringing a whole new connected experience for hotel businesses.

InnSpire have already built a strong brand recognition amongst a number of prominent hotels in Europe, such as the trendy Hotel Bloom! in Belgium, the modern Clarion Hotel Stockholm in Sweden, the classic Crown Plaza – Le Palace in Beglium, and are already in execution with hotels in Dubai that are due to be announced later this year.
