The final details of the acquisition were settled at an official signing at ProtechT’s offices in Dubai. The signing was attended by top officials from the Boards of both companies including from Integralis AG: Georg Maag, CEO, Roger Friederich, CFO and Graham Jones, COO; and from ProtechT FZ LLC: Antoine Chamieh, Partner and General Manager, Samir Debs, Partner and Ilias Moubarak, Chairman and Partner.
