Mrs. El Zeiny commenced the workshop by giving an insight on the marketing challenges that faces business industries, companies, and entrepreneurs, from discussing the means of creating a strong competitive market positioning, to the tactics of a detailed marketing plan, as well as highlighting the differences between products and services.
Presenting a comprehensive overview on social media marketing and its techniques was the part presented by Mr. Ramzy, as he started by defining social media marketing, social media landscape, worldwide trends, the nature of online users’ activities over social media networks and their types, along with some interesting facts and figures about some famous worldwide social media networks, such as Facebook, You tube, Twitter and Linkedin, stressing on the differences between them in terms of usage, marketing strategies, and their popularity in the Middle East.
Moreover, Mr. Ramzy had coherently moved to another very important point in the same respect by giving in-depth information and insight on those different platforms, summarizing what mostly marks them; content-sharing, communication, networking, and social bookmarking, too!
