The air charter company will represent Dubai as part of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing Pavilion (DTCM).
MITT 2005 will be the biggest ever, covering over 27,000 square metres of prime space at Moscow’s premier exhibition venue, Expocentr. It is being organised to capitalise on growing interest in Russia as a tourist destination by urging international destinations to improve the range of travel options available to the growing number of Russian travel agencies. The exhibition will afford International Air Charter an opportunity to tap into the lucrative air charter market in Russia and explore possibilities of entering into a business alliance to strengthen its position in Central Europe.
Commenting on their participation, Hugh Courtenay, Chief Executive of International Air Charter plc stated, “Participating at MITT is high on our agenda. We have meetings arranged with several high profile VIP travel agencies and are hopeful that by close of show we will have a GSA arrangement in place.”
“We have recognised a trend in the Central European markets, where a number of affluent businessmen are opting for chartered flights and even holding their business meetings on board. We are keen on attracting this segment of the population at MITT by focussing on the high quality of our service. The MITT will be an ideal platform for us to present our range of travel services to high-profile Russian businessmen doing trade with the Middle East.” he added.
