Al Saket said in the opening speech, “Through the previous decades, we managed and lead a shift in public sector enterprises from concepts, tasks, and executive strategies to adopting the concept of measurable strategies for various sectors and enterprises, to even development and strategic planning according to proven, measured methodologies.”
H.E. added, “Jordan has developed greatly in these regards, but we are at a stage where we need a comprehensive reassessment, to be able to re-identify and re-structure organizational architecture, which is what the public sector re-structuring program was aiming at, which is what the government had conceded a few days ago.”
With participants from the GCC and North Africa, the conference aims at introducing enterprises to methodologies of structuring measurable strategies that can be translated to action, using proper Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to serve organizations various needs.
In his comment, Nidal Bitar, CEO of SCOPI, said, “This even is a real opportunity for participants from various sectors, to identify the professional criteria and international standards for building practical strategies that can keep up with organizational tasks and directions on one hand, meeting its current need and future expectations on the other.”
