The new facility has been equipped with the latest communication technology from AVAYA within the framework of the Bank’s continuous quest to upgrade clients’ access ports and strengthen them with advanced technical systems.
To enhance client relations and the banking experience for its clients, the Center has been staffed with experienced banking professionals to provide comprehensive and quick service.
The Center deals with client and non-client inquiries regarding loans, credit cards, emergency issues on bank accounts from 8 am until 10 pm; with the aim of widening the scope of services and around the clock hours in the near future. The Contact Center number +962 6 500 1515.
