Achieve is the Focused Stage in the bank’s e-learning Initiative to Develop Talents. In this phase employees across different branches and territories will gain behavioral as well as industry specific banking and Finance Skills said Mr. Bassam Nammour, Head of Training and Development at Credit Libanais.

After the success of Phase ONE, we have expanded our e-learning Library to include different Learning Resources from different vendors. This offers our employees a better learning experience that will enrich their knowledge and increase their retention. Such an arrangement will hence increase our return of investment in Learning and enhances the organization as a whole,said Mr. Badih Azzi, Group Human Resources Manager.
