ISACA Muscat Chapter to organize full day seminar on 30th May 2011

The chapter has have invited Mr. Robert Stroud, Vice President, ISACA Global HQ, USA, to deliver the keynote address, Mr. Stroud, an internationally acclaimed speaker is described as an Evangelist in Service Management, Cloud Computing & Governance. He would be speaking on “Cloud Computing – A Governance and Risk Perspective”.

The other two technical speakers for the day are Dr. Rama K Subramaniam and Mr. Nishith Sheth. Dr. Rama is an international expert in the area of Cyber Crimes and IT Security. Mr. Nishit Sheth is an international expert specialized in Fraud Detection and Cyber-forensics. There is a lot which the delegates are sure to take back with them from the conference.

The event is also an opportunity to celebrate our 10 year association with the College of Banking and Financial Studies. The College has been a pillar of strength to the Chapter and has supported it in all its initiatives.

During the same period, it won 6 other 10 international awards for its Website and Newsletter.

ISACA Muscat Chapter is a non-profit body, managed by a honorary Board of Directors, delivering 12-16 educational events a year, free of cost to its members, stakeholders and the community. The Seminar offers sponsorship opportunities to showcase an organization and its products and services, to a cross section of key decision makers.
