Described as the ultimate in ‘Home Loving’, the exhibition will introduce innovative trends in home furnishing that will focus on attractive and comfortable designs. Creative design techniques from a wide range of leading manufacturers will help to enrich the range and quality of this exhibition and which in turn will generate new ideas for Kuwaiti companies looking to for that something new for their market.
The exhibition will illustrate a new trend called design à vivre, the main objective of which is to create beautifully crafted textiles that are both aesthetically pleasing as well as useful. Thereby to infuse these everyday objects with a vibrancy that makes them more than just functional but also a pleasure to behold.
The Florence Textile Exhibition will highlight the important combination between Eastern and Western cultures, revealing a strong link between both. There is a shared sense of appreciation for quality, beauty and functionality and this have been interpreted in exquisite designs that appeal to the international market and especially to Kuwait’s discerning shoppers.
With its social aim, this international exhibition was carried out by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Handcraft of Pistoia, and a team of high level partners, which are dedicated to bringing the best of Italian products for home linens, home textiles, lingerie and more.
The exhibition is estimated to hold a total number of 260 exhibitors. Due to increased demand, more exhibiting space has been allocated, which now includes 30,000 square metres (6,000 square metres more for home linens and home textiles sectors and 4,000 square metres more for lingerie and home wear sectors).
