The reward came in the form of a salary adjustment of JD 25 for each employee meeting the criteria. The new salary structure was made effective as of June 1st 2007 and is meant to foster a healthier work environment founded on a true sense of team spirit.
Commenting on the gesture, Mr. Samer Fakhouri, General Manager of ITC, said,
“We at the firm recognize that we stand strong in the market by virtue the dedication of our team members. Therefore, as a token of our appreciation for everything the ITC team has done for the firm, we decided on this salary adjustment. We are happy to be making our new salary structure effective at a time when Jordanians are witnessing a significant increase in the costs of living. Allowing our team to live more comfortably is the least we can do to demonstrate our appreciation for all their hard work.”
Mr. Fakhouri further added that ITC is embarking on a new era whereby it is now working to expand its operations both locally and regionally. “In light of these advancements, we want to ensure that our team is comfortable working with us and that their needs are fully met” he said. -Continued-
